Fresh Prints is redefining how we grow our most valuable accounts. You will build a long-term account-growth strategy, identify high-leverage bets, and drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Data, and Operations.

You will use customer insight and data to prioritize investments, shape retention and expansion, and create systems and playbooks that scale beyond a single campaign.

Formación

• Preferably 3+ years in account-based marketing, growth strategy, or related strategic role.
• Track record of delivering significant, measurable improvements in account growth, retention or customer value.
• Experience building a new strategy, capability, or operating model.
• Strong commercial judgment linking customer insight, data, and business economics.
• Ability to drive meaningful outcomes across teams without formal authority.
• Strong executive communication, including presenting recommendations and securing buy-in.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and accountability without a playbook.

Responsabilidades

• Build the long-term growth strategy for Fresh Prints’ highest-value accounts.
• Define how to identify, segment, invest in, retain, and expand those accounts over time.
• Develop a strategy resilient to leadership changes and evolving buying cycles.
• Use customer insight, account data, and commercial judgment to spot opportunities.
• Shape decisions across sales motions, customer experience, and account coverage.
• Move strategy into execution with cross-functional ownership and scalable systems.
• Create processes, rules, and playbooks to enable teams to execute without constant guidance.
• Represent account growth in executive conversations and secure resources for bets.
