Toptal is hiring an Account Executive for a fully remote role. You will target and close net new accounts and re-engage dormant ones, managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of closing experience preferred.
• Strong persistence and resilience in prospecting and closing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and own accounts.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and close leads by engaging dormant accounts and generating new opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to convey Toptal’s value and secure new business.
• Manage the sales funnel to optimize lead progression and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Help evolve demand generation strategies as you grow into the role.
