Job summary
AgileEngine, a leading US digital consultancy, seeks a Sales Executive to prospect, develop, and close new client relationships globally. You will own the full client lifecycle from lead generation to delivery handoff, with a revenue quota and travel to the US for events and meetings.
The role requires strong English communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexi remote/onsite options and USD-based compensation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in consulting/product/project management/sales/client-facing roles.
- Charismatic, personable with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage a monthly/yearly revenue quota.
- Eligible to travel to the US (visa/ESTA).
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Attend client consultations to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- Own the client lifecycle from SDR to delivery with Delivery and Engineering teams.
- Travel to designated territories to meet stakeholders.
