Uptalent.Io is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant for a US real estate and property management client. You will manage multiple entities in QuickBooks, prepare cash flow and A/P reports, and support construction cost tracking and monthly closes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of bookkeeping experience, remote work for a US firm, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. This is a part-time contractor role with flexible hours and remote collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Remote work experience for a U.S. firm is preferred.
• Experience with real estate asset management or real estate investment firms.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
• Strong cash flow management and A/P reporting skills.
• Experience with construction cost tracking and development projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial records across six entities in QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and A/P projections.
• Import third-party reports and reconcile cash in Google Sheets.
• Prepare month-end financials by the 5th of each month.
• Assist with construction cost tracking for active projects.
• Participate in weekly project calls to discuss finances.
• Oversee payment authorizations via Asana.
• Assist with in-house tax preparation as needed.
