Job summary

Stayd Collective is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Owner Statement Accountant to own the revenue cycle from reservation through owner payout. You will reconcile booking revenue, channel deposits, and maintain trust vs operating activity while producing monthly owner statements for homeowners.

Remote role requiring some U.S. Eastern time hours and occasional weekends. 40–45 hours per week, with compensation in the range of USD 18,000–26,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience, with 5+ years preferred, in US/Canada/UK-based employment.
• 2+ years of property management or vacation rental accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with revenue reconciliation and owner statements.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue cycle from reservation through owner payout.
• Reconcile booking revenue and channel deposits across platforms.
• Maintain accurate separation between trust and operating activity.
• Produce monthly owner statements for homeowners.
• Ensure owner deadlines are met accurately and on time.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and other accounting projects.
