Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team. You will manage licensing decisions, renewals, and optimization across a large software portfolio in LATAM and other regions.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. Advanced English and Spanish are required for regional/global coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain records of software assets, entitlements, purchases and licensing info.
