Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its regional LATAM team. You will manage licensing across a large, multi-vendor portfolio and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

You should have hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud), and fluency in English and Spanish. This role reports to the SAM Hub Leader and offers regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM and licensing experience with multiple publishers.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and renewals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain license records and entitlements, including purchasing information.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive requests and priorities.
