Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our regional SAM team, focusing on Latin America and other international regions. You will oversee licensing requests, interpret terms across multiple publishers, and maintain entitlement records to support accurate decisions and timely service delivery.

The role involves coordinating renewals, reallocations and software optimization, ensuring compliance, audits and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management, software licensing, or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
Strong understanding of licensing models across publishers and licensing conditions.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
