Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Regional Merchant Acquisition Lead to drive Gate Pay adoption in your market. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to signing agreements with acquirers, PSPs, and merchants—while coordinating with legal and compliance to meet regional requirements.

Formación

• 2+ years in payments — merchant acquiring, PSP, or aggregator.
• Proven track record signing channel partners and strategic merchants.
• Able to plan and execute a sales strategy end to end, from prospecting to close.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills for enterprise partnerships.
• Familiarity with local payment rails, QR standards, and merchant acquiring structures in your region.

Responsabilidades

• Scale Gate Pay acceptance across your region: manage the full sales lifecycle and close commercial agreements.
• Build regional acceptance networks with local partners, coordinating with legal/compliance.
• Collaborate with merchants and partners to translate market insight into the product roadmap and campaigns.
• Lead go-to-market plans to activate merchants and drive transaction volume, conversion, and retention.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing.
