J.P. Morgan Payments is seeking a Payments Rails Regional Product Sales Specialist (VP) to drive growth across Latin America.

You will identify opportunities, shape client solutions, and lead disciplined sales execution while collaborating with Sales, Bankers, and Product partners to deliver impactful outcomes. The role emphasizes understanding client business flows, developing opportunities, and enhancing Domestic Payment Rails P&L through a broad range of sales activities across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting transaction banking or payments in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to meet growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-ready documents.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with domestic payment rails in LATAM is a plus.
• Experience creating dashboards to track pipeline performance.
• Familiarity with cash management use cases.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning and alignment with Payments Sales, Bankers, and Product teams across Latin America.
• Prospect and portfolio mining to expand market share and identify opportunities.
• Portfolio growth management and new business opportunities.
• Team support with client pitches, opportunity analyses, and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Pipeline management from inception to closure, including senior management reporting.
• Opportunity analysis using internal data to measure progress against opportunities.
• Coordinate with Payments Sales, JPM Bankers, and coverage teams for proactive client engagement.
• RFP coordination with Payments sales, product management, and the RFP team to inform pricing decisions.
