dLocal is seeking an Execution & Enablement Specialist to drive operational excellence across its Payins network for Argentina and Bolivia. You will own partner relationships, optimize costs, boost approvals, and lead end-to-end onboarding of new payment methods, while collaborating with teams to improve reliability and time-to-revenue for merchants.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder communication, and ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced fintech

Formación

• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages. Proficient with Excel/ Sheets.
• Ability to write data reading queries in tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Logz.io, AWS Athena, and other analysis and monitoring platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Partner & processor management: onboarding, contract changes, go-live readiness and issue resolution.
• Enablement & commercial responsibilities: negotiate pricing, SLAs and special terms; enable features and new flows.
• Merchant-facing operational support: hands-on enablement for integrations and go-lives; escalation contact for CS/AM.
• Performance optimization & market intelligence: analyze rejections, routing, and partner performance to improve approvals and reduce costs.
• Governance, reporting & continuous improvement: maintain health matrix; report progress and drive action plans.
