Confidential is seeking a remote-first payments Biz Dev lead to own merchant acquisition and partnerships in your market. You will secure acquirers, aggregators, PSPs and POS providers, negotiating terms and driving merchant onboarding.
You will structure local partnerships, advise on product input for checkout and settlement flows, and design campaigns to activate merchants while tracking volume and retention metrics.
We are a global digital asset platform with an established international user base, operating a full suite of trading and wealth management products. Our team is remote-first and distributed across multiple regions.
Our payments arm provides B2B stablecoin payment infrastructure for businesses — compliant pay-in and pay-out capability in a single stack, with multi-chain and multi-wallet support across both stablecoin and fiat settlement.
Infrastructure alone doesn't move volume. We already have the rails, the settlement layer and the compliance framework in place; what determines growth from here is how many merchants can actually take the payment.
Acceptance is won locally. It takes someone who already knows the acquirers, aggregators and PSPs in their market, and who understands what it takes to get a merchant integration negotiated, signed and live. That is what this role is for — one market, owned properly, with genuine room to decide how it gets built.
This is a market to own, not a territory to cover. You decide which partners are worth pursuing and how the deals are shaped, with the backing of an established platform and a product team small enough that merchant feedback still turns into features. For anyone who has spent years selling payment products they had no influence over, this is the other side of that.
