Halter Inc. is building world-class support in South America. You will be on the ground in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, helping producers and ranchers as a frontline Customer Support Specialist.

You’ll bridge gaps between customers and our product, field teams, and global teams. We seek at least two years in customer-facing roles, fluency in Spanish and English, and a passion for improving rancher outcomes.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Curiosity and ownership to resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Talk directly with ranchers through chat and phone to resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot problems using data, tools, and judgement.
• Analyze support data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Field, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure seamless experiences.
