Halter is looking for a leader to build and lead the LATAM support team, engaging closely with customers in South America. You will drive performance, own regional operations, and ensure high-quality customer experiences as you implement the global support strategy.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years' experience in customer support, speaks both Spanish and English fluently, and has a strong understanding of the ranching industry.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the ranching or livestock industry.
• Experience in building and developing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the LATAM support team.
• Understand producers' challenges by spending time on ranches.
• Drive regional KPIs and maintain reporting.
• Partner with global Customer leaders to enhance regional operations.
