Lenovo is seeking a Quote Management Analyst in Buenos Aires to support the Sales Support team. The role focuses on contract creation, terms validation, pricing quotes, and maintaining audit-ready documentation across a mixed on-site/remote schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in contract-related roles, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Portuguese is a plus. The position is located at Av. del Libertador 7208, Nuñez, with a 9:00–18:00 workday.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in contract administration, quotation management, sales support, or related operational functions.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote; standard hours 9:00–18:00.
