The ideal candidate has 2+ years in related fields, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, collaborating across countries and cultures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in customer support, operations, claims, data analysis, or related fields.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal) required.
• Experience with large datasets or dashboards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze warranty work orders and data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate claim exceptions and support resolution of complex warranty-related issues.
• Monitor service provider performance and compliance with program requirements.
• Provide guidance to Authorized Warranty Service Providers regarding policies, procedures, and portal usage.
• Research warranty order status, parts shipments, and claim processing issues.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and ensure proper documentation of activities.
• Create and maintain reports and operational tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Provide support via email and phone, with a primary focus on written communication.
