IQVIA is seeking a Contracts professional in Buenos Aires, Argentina to prepare and maintain client contracts within a global team. You will collaborate with project teams to define terms, negotiate budgets, and ensure accurate and timely contract execution across projects.

The role requires at least 1 year in contracts, a life sciences or related degree, and fluent English. You will build strong customer relationships and utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word daily.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in contracts or equivalent.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and customers.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) as part of a Global team.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts.
• Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work.
• Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately.
• Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects.
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts.
