ExxonMobil Buenos Aires seeks a contract management professional to coordinate and support all stages of the contract process, ensuring timely, accurate administration aligned with contractual requirements.

You will distribute contracts, track reviews, maintain document repositories, and assist cross-functional teams in developing and approving terms and boundary conditions. Strong English and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Distributes contracts to all concerned parties (e.g. EM, 3rd party personnel, customs and regulatory representatives).
• Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts across organizations & regions.
• Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals in relevant systems/tools.
• Maintains contract documentation and supports internal audits, contract register and repository of contracts and amendments.
• Monitors contractual task execution and data collection for review analysis.
• Tracks notices, ensures timely reviews and adherence to renewal/expiration terms.
• Supports contract owners in resolving operational or contractual issues.
• Works with cross-functional team to develop and approve GTCs and boundary conditions.
• Leads assigning contract value and identification of high-risk clauses.
• Leads adhoc initiatives including automation projects to improve contract administration.
