Lenovo Argentina is seeking a Planning Analyst to ensure effective planning and execution of daily operations related to inventory, warehouse and Service Centers. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process optimization and operational excellence using advanced Excel and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will monitor shipments, oversee outbound operations, manage inventory levels, analyze data and develop dashboards to support performance.

Formación

• Ideal candidate will leverage advanced Excel and AI tools to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and dashboarding is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily material shipments and transactions with accuracy.
• Oversee outbound operations across Service Centers and coordinate inventory allocation, orders, shipping, and transportation planning.
• Maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable reports for decision making.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and dashboards to track performance.
• Lead corrective actions and conduct root cause analyses for process improvements.
