Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also handles manual testing for desktop and mobile applications. You will build regression tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.

Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and AI-assisted QA is valued. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote/office options, USD-based compensation, and growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile
• Testing Electron and React Native apps on iOS/Android devices
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their output

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for desktop and mobile apps
• Run manual testing and validate against criteria
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests
• Document test results with clear pass/fail criteria
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability
• Maintain CI/CD integrated tests and fix flaky tests
• Participate in on-call rotations
