Ideal candidates have 4+ years of production experience with Python, strong knowledge of event-driven architecture, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, and CI/CD. You will work across distributed systems, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with GenAI tooling.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of production experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous architecture.
• REST API design and OpenAPI experience; AsyncAPI contracts.
• Apache Kafka or equivalent streaming platform.
• GenAI-assisted development and AI tooling familiarity.
• Testing discipline with pytest; CI/CD pipelines; Linux; Git and containers.
• Methodical problem solving across distributed systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to defend architectural trade-offs.
• Willingness to keep learning and evaluate new tools.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve a Python service handling event taxonomy and durable replayable logs.
• Design and maintain contract-first interfaces using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Create the correlation layer turning signals into ITSM actions with exactly-once semantics.
• Deliver resilience mechanisms for degraded or unavailable upstream platforms.
• Support multiple access patterns: fire-and-forget, submit-and-poll, webhooks, stream ingest.
• Develop event type registry and self-service onboarding for teams.
• Build GenAI-facing integration surfaces for safe use by agents.
• Modernise legacy integrations via deprecation paths without disruption.
• Own quality end-to-end: code reviews, contracts, tests, observability, production support.
• Participate in ceremonies and customer-facing meetings; document significant decisions.
