Capital Property Solutions is seeking a Property Management Trainer to shape the next generation of our management team from onboarding through ongoing growth. You will own the talent lifecycle, hire and onboard managers, and lead retraining to instill the Investor-Owner Mindset across communities in Central Ohio.

The role requires 5+ years in CAM, advanced Vantaca skills, knowledge of CAM practices and adult education, plus strong presentation and mentoring abilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in property management with CAM focus; degree/certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Interview and select new manager candidates who fit CPS culture
• Lead onboarding for new hires covering regulations and training
• Ensure managers are fluent in Vantaca
• Run structured 30/60/90-day check-ins with new trainees
• Build monthly deep-dive sessions for veteran managers
• Spot performance gaps and retraining to improve performance
• Train managers to run efficient, high-transparency board meetings
• Join managers on-site for CPS Standard Inspections and preventative maintenance training
• Temporarily manage a portfolio during growth or staffing transitions
• Keep training materials fresh with new ideas in property management and cost-saving strategies
