Capital Property Solutions (CPS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep residential communities in top condition. You’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

This hands-on role offers a competitive hourly salary ($23–$35) with 100% company-paid medical insurance and a full benefits suite. You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities for growth and promotion.

Formación

• Experience in general maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Self-starter with reliability and strong time-management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects.
• Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do
