Job summary

RTB House is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Buenos Aires to independently manage a regional portfolio of e-commerce clients, negotiate terms, and upsell opportunities.

You will maintain premium client relationships, deliver performance reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize ad campaigns. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; travel 5–15% and office visits in Buenos Aires twice a week.

Qualifications

• Experience with account management of large clients.
• Experience with programmatic/retargeting.
• Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of regional e-commerce clients independently.
• Negotiate terms and upsell opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports to clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to ensure premium service.
• Assist clients in launching and optimizing ad campaigns; maintain product knowledge.
