DEPT® is seeking a skilled Programmatic Manager in Buenos Aires to lead programmatic strategy and buy across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio. You will manage mid-to-high budgets, negotiate deals with premium publishers, and translate data into client-ready insights to drive growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure technical quality, brand safety, and verifiable results. Fluent English and a proactive, curious mindset are essential for success in a hybrid Buenos Aires

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
• Experience with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization; ability to tell a story with data.
• Experience with ad servers and 3rd party verification tools (IAS, DV, MOAT).
• Excellent communication skills to explain programmatic concepts to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Design and execute programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio to align with client objectives.
• Campaign Management: Manage mid-to-high level budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROI.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiation and management of PG and PMP deals with premium publishers.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Turn complex programmatic data into actionable insights for presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Planning and Data Strategy to integrate programmatic into the media mix.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure campaigns meet brand safety standards and third-party verification.
