Job summary

RTB House is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of e-commerce brands in Cono Sur from its Buenos Aires office. You will lead client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns.

You will negotiate terms, upsell services, and provide regular performance reporting. Native Spanish and fluent English are required, with 5–15% travel and twice-weekly office visits in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• Experience with account management and dealing with large clients.
• Experience with programmatic/retargeting.
• Fluent Spanish (native) with English proficiency; willingness to travel 5–15%.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with brands from the e-commerce market in Cono Sur.
• Manage a portfolio of clients independently.
• Negotiate business terms and upsell.
• Provide regular performance reporting to clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to ensure premium service.
• Communicate with clients via phone, video, or email per standards.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
