Job summary

Usercentrics is seeking a Solution Engineer in a hybrid New York or Buenos Aires role, with 2-3 days in office.

You will translate customers’ and partners’ business challenges into scalable technical solutions across the full commercial lifecycle— from pre-sales discovery and onboarding through implementation and retention — collaborating with partnerships, Legal, Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing and deploying production code
• Experience in product development, software development, or technical programme management
• Proven experience with API integrations and solution design
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives during the sales cycle with technical discovery, solution design, and demos for CMP opportunities.
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring a smooth path to go-live and time-to-value.
• Partner with Customer Success on retention and churn prevention, diagnosing and resolving technical issues that put renewals at risk.
• Design and deliver solution architectures that can be scaled across thousands of customers.
