BairesDev seeks a Technical Manager to drive client conversations, translate needs into concrete solutions, and shape delivery strategies across software engineering, AI, data analytics, cloud, and quality.
In this 100% remote role, you will collaborate with sales, delivery and presales, travel to meet leads, and guide proposals with precise team and solution recommendations. You will operate within a dynamic, global environment that rewards expertise and continuous growth.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle with teams.
- 3+ years of specialized experience in a SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
- Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
Responsabilidades
- Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition.
- Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert showcasing capabilities and approach.
- Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
- Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
- Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
