Usercentrics is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in Buenos Aires to support a wide range of customers from independent site owners to large enterprises. You will troubleshoot, guide customers to solutions, and create guides to empower users. This hybrid role in Buenos Aires offers collaboration with Product and Engineering to improve the product.

Fluency in English and basic knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS, plus strong time-management and curiosity, are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Chrome DevTools. We're not looking for a developer!
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time in a hybrid setup.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness, comfortable finding answers independently when you hit something new.
• Fluency both written and spoken communication in English, with the ability to explain technical topics simply.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to a resolution.
• Manage support tickets end-to-end: qualify the issue, investigate, and provide a clear solution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues of varying complexity.
• Partner with colleagues on trickier problems, sharing knowledge in both directions.
• Write clear, easy-to-follow guides that help customers (and teammates) solve issues independently.
• Share what you learn from customers with Product Management to help shape the roadmap.
• Suggest improvements to our tools, processes, and approach, your feedback is genuinely used.
