AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design data models, KPIs, and visualizations.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP data sources.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding of data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability across teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
