AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems.
The ideal candidate has upper-intermediate English and works in a distributed team. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and visuals, design end-to-end reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with SAP-based source systems.
Responsabilités
- Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics and visuals.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs.
- Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
- Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision making.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic and KPIs.
