Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

The position involves partnering with stakeholders, designing data models, and delivering scalable analytics in a distributed, agile environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of Power BI dashboards and reports experience.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting across multiple layers of a data solution.
Strong communication to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data definitions.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting.
Identify data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
