AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources; upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
