AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

The team collaborates in an Agile environment, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics and reusable data models across distributed teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
