AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling and DAX skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.

The team collaborates with distributed and remote teams in an Agile environment, delivering scalable analytics solutions and guiding

Competenze

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Mansioni

Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to data platform to Power BI.
Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions for scalable analytics.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
