AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will design and maintain dashboards, models, and reports, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and reliability.

Required 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, Snowflake or SAP data platforms, and upper-intermediate English.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Good command of English (upper-intermediate).

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and data structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data stack from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions across the organization.
• Guide stakeholders on best practices in data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
