AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design scalable analytics, and collaborate with IT and data owners in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability across teams.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
