AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a remote, full-time Paid Social Manager to own Meta campaigns across multiple brands. You will optimize spend, design creative tests, and analyze results to drive registrations, working closely with a video editor and founder. A strong testing culture and English copy skills are essential.

You’ll manage budgets, report weekly metrics, and coordinate seasonal campaigns targeting the US/Eastern overlap, while using AI tools to accelerate creativity and analysis.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying in direct-response lead generation.
• Managed budgets at US$20K+/month or higher with proven performance.
• Strong testing methodology and data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in English for customer-facing copy.

• Own Meta ad accounts end-to-end across brands: structure, budgets, pacing, and scaling.
• Run the creative testing engine with hypotheses per test (hook, angle, format, audience).
• Analyze creatives by hook rate, CTR, CPL; brief next variants.
• Write hooks and ad copy in English; coordinate with video editor and UGC creators.
• Manage full-funnel: landing pages, lead forms, CAPI setup, and speed-to-lead handoffs.
• Plan seasonal campaigns around registration windows.
• Run localized campaigns with geo-targeting and remarketing.
• Produce weekly scorecards: registrations, CPL, CAC, and efficiency.
