Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an experienced performance marketer to own Meta campaigns for SportStars, Americas Got Soccer, and related brands. You will manage end-to-end lead-generation ads, creative testing, and UGC workflows, writing hooks and copy in English.

You’ll optimize full-funnel performance, landing pages, and event tracking, plan seasonal registration campaigns, and report weekly metrics such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS to drive growth across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying in direct-response lead generation across services or memberships.
• Managed budgets of US$20K+/month or higher and demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Meta ad accounts end-to-end across brands: structure, budgets, pacing, scaling.
• Creative testing engine with an always-on calendar and clear hypotheses.
• Creative analysis by hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPL; brief and direct UGC creators and editor; write hooks and ad copy in English.
• Full-funnel performance: landing pages, lead forms, and event tracking; speed-to-lead handoffs with sales teams.
• Plan seasonal campaigns around registration windows; execute localized campaigns with geo-radius targeting; manage frequency in limited markets.
• Weekly scorecard covering registrations, CPL, CAC, and blended efficiency.
