Formación

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or related operations (6 months – 2 years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to perform work and communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the candidate experience from offer acceptance through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and answering questions.
• Collaborate with recruiting, onboarding, and stakeholders to drive efficiency in preboarding processes.
• Support onboarding programs for experienced hires and early careers onboarding.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting operations, policy, process, and technology.
