EY Global Delivery Services is hiring a Payroll Delivery Analyst (Staff) to support end-to-end payroll operations for clients across countries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in line with statutory regulations and EY standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in payroll or related areas, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish. It offers collaboration across hubs with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, or payroll-related field.
• 1–3 years in payroll, accounting, HR, finance, or related area.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients and multiple countries.
• Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including hires, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain payroll records by updating systems and documentation.
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with validations, reconciliations, audits, and pre-payroll review.
• Prepare payroll reports including earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave balances.
• Respond to employee and client payroll inquiries with timely research.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
• Support quarter-end and year-end audit/compliance activities.
• Ensure activities follow calendars, SLAs, and requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and EY policies in payroll operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support SOPs, knowledge management, and process documentation.
• Identify payroll risks and elevate as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and project work.
• Perform ad hoc payroll duties as required.
