EY seeks a Payroll - Tech Senior Manager to lead global payroll technology design and delivery for multinational clients. You will guide design, manage cross-country teams, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions across EY Global Payroll Operate.

You will act as the primary technology liaison, shaping implementation strategies, and supporting business development while maintaining high-quality delivery standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global payroll implementations or HR/payroll tech in multinationals.
• Experience leading multi-country payroll or HCM implementations through lifecycle stages.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, data privacy, and cross-border data.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning to define architecture and data flows.
• Own global deliverables: user stories, design docs, integration designs, test plans.
• Coordinate across EY teams to ensure scalable, compliant implementations.
