EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the payroll transformation and global reporting initiatives. This role focuses on multi-country payroll implementations, regulatory data gathering, and collaboration with client operations, tech, and learning teams to deliver standardized payroll solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll transformation, operations, and delivery experience.
• Experience delivering multi-country payroll implementations (APAC, EMEA, ANZ, Africa).
• Strong payroll technology consulting background with global programs.
• Familiarity with DigiPay, G2N reports, and GL concepts.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support for global reporting implementation and payroll processes.
• Coordinate Global Reporting best practices with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in BAU General Ledger delivery activities.
• Contribute to project management and business development initiatives.
• Lead data gathering on payroll regulations and ensure timely updates.
• Provide SME input for regulatory tasks and payroll modernization efforts.
