Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients and multiple countries.
• Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including hires, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain payroll records by updating systems and documentation.
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with validations, reconciliations, audits, and pre-payroll review.
• Prepare payroll reports including earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave balances.
• Respond to employee and client payroll inquiries with timely research.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
• Support quarter-end and year-end audit/compliance activities.
• Ensure activities follow calendars, SLAs, and requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and EY policies in payroll operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support SOPs, knowledge management, and process documentation.
• Identify payroll risks and elevate as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and project work.
• Perform ad hoc payroll duties as required.

Payroll Delivery Analyst (Staff) – EY Global Delivery Services – Job Description

Position Summary

The Payroll Delivery Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll operations for assigned clients across one or multiple countries. This role supports payroll processing, validations, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, compliance activities, and operational administration while ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately, timely, and in accordance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and EY quality standards.

Specific Duties / Responsibilities

• 1. Support end-to-end payroll processing activities for assigned clients, including regular, off-cycle, and year-end payroll activities.
• 2. Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, employee changes, compensation updates, deductions, benefits, and statutory adjustments.
• 3. Maintain payroll records and employee data by accurately updating payroll systems and supporting documentation.
• 4. Review payroll transactions and input files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• 5. Assist with payroll validations, reconciliations, audits, and pre-payroll review activities.
• 6. Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation, including earnings, deductions, taxes, leave balances, statutory payments, and payroll summaries.
• 7. Support employee and client payroll inquiries by gathering information, conducting research, and providing timely responses.
• 8. Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and escalating complex issues or compliance concerns as appropriate.
• 9. Support quarter-end, year-end, audit, and compliance activities as required.
• 10. Ensure payroll activities are completed in accordance with payroll calendars, deadlines, service-level agreements, and operational requirements.
• 11. Maintain payroll operations by following EY policies, procedures, controls, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements.
• 12. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• 13. Support payroll process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management initiatives.
• 14. Identify potential payroll risks, exceptions, or operational issues and elevate to senior team members when necessary.
• 15. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational projects, implementations, transitions, or process enhancements.
• 16. Perform ad hoc reporting and other payroll-related duties as required.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration or human resources or payroll-related diploma.
• 2. 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, HR, finance, or related experience preferred.
• 3. Basic understanding of payroll processes, controls, statutory requirements, and payroll compliance principles.
• 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 6. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data quality focus.
• 7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• 8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 9. Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• 10. Experience working with payroll systems is an advantage.
• 11. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• 12. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• 13. English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• 14. Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations is an advantage (Caribbean countries or other Latin American countries).
• 15. Experience working in shared services, outsourcing, global delivery, or client-service environment is an advantage.
• 16. Availability to work during Argentina and Caribbean time zones.
