EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Payroll Tech Manager to lead global payroll technology design and implementation for multinational clients. You will bridge client stakeholders with EY technology, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions across regions.

The role requires senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with modern payroll platforms and integrations. This is a client-facing, multi-country delivery role within EY GDS.

Formación

• 6+ years in global payroll implementations or related tech projects.
• Experience leading multi-country payroll or HCM programs.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global design workshops to define requirements and architecture.
• Own global implementation deliverables and design documents.
• Act as design owner, ensuring scalability, quality and compliance.
• Support handover from sales to implementation and clarify scope.
• Serve as primary tech contact for clients and EY teams.
