Description – Global Payroll Technology Suppoty:

This team is based in Bangalore, Buenos Aires and Manila, supporting the Global clients and sub-service line and within the Tax vertical in EY. This is a centralized team of tool experts and coordinators who strive to provide consistent & quality service through extensive growth focus. This team also works very closely with global program leads in the areas of Tax Enablement, EY KeySpace and on workflow tools.

Global Payroll Technology Support Objectives:

Job purpose:

Working on entity and user onboarding requests on EY Payroll portal for external clients.

Working on various functional support requests on the payroll tool.

Work on the admin module of the payroll tools for client specific customizations as and when needed.

Work with the IT teams in testing and deployment of new releases of the payroll tool.

Closely coordinate with the development and vendor teams on tool specific issues.

Managing relationships with countries and regional contacts and also with geographically diverse service centers.

Building good knowledge of internal business processes and to offer guidance to drive efficiencies,

Coordinate projects and monitor delivery of multiple tasks against deadlines.

Meet delivery deadlines and clearly communicate expectations.

Technical skills requirements:

2-4 years of total work experience preferably in to IT production support on IT tools and applications.

Prior experience of working on payroll applications and payroll technology enablement.

Good exposure to tool and technology platform implementations.

MS Office suite (moderate to expert level) – word, excel, power point.

Able to provide functional support in good time in order to respond to critical usage requests from the business

Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment.
