Responsibilities

• Handle entity and user onboarding requests on EY Payroll portal for external clients.
• Provide functional support for payroll tool requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with admin module customizations and coordinate with IT for releases.
• Collaborate with development and vendor teams on tool issues.
• Coordinate with country and regional contacts and global service centers.
