Job summary

Expect to work across markets including the US, Spain, Mexico and Argentina, leveraging LinkedIn, email, and calls, and reporting metrics weekly. You’ll collaborate with marketing, pre-sales and delivery to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in B2B outbound lead generation.
• Know your numbers by channel and distinguish leads, meetings and SQLs.
• Experience with AI automations and connected workflows is a plus.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and at least one outreach tool.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound on LinkedIn and email, and calls where they work, in priority markets.
• Build and qualify prospect lists against the ICP and industries set.
• Launch and automate sequences with the provided stack.
• Keep long-cycle accounts warm; deals can take 2 months to 1 year.
• Report weekly on contacts by stage, connections, replies, meetings and SQLs.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and delivery on expertise and handover.
