JPMorganChase Buenos Aires hub seeks a senior leader in Collateral Services to oversee daily operations, risk controls, and regional initiatives. You will guide managers, collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Client Service, and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong client focus and timely outcomes.

The role requires advanced English, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage complex, high‑risk activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; Finance or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience as a manager of managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of day-to-day functions supporting Collateral Services products.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies across regions.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product and Client Service to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure client service standards are met with a strong client orientation.
• Maintain risk and control framework; prepare for audits and remediation plans.
• Serve as escalation point for client queries and report to senior management.
• Lead capacity planning, staff development, and performance management of managers.
