Job summary

DXC Technology, a leading global IT services company, is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician in Buenos Aires with more than 2 years of local experience. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, and provide end-user assistance for devices and software.

Responsibilities include hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, keyboard), software deployment, Office 365 support, network and AV room support, asset management, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of local in-country experience.
• Good oral and written communication in local language + English.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Handle ServiceNow tickets and provide frontline IT support.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues on endpoints.
• Assist with hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, keyboard).
• Support software deployment and Office 365 suite.
• Assist with network, printers, and room AV equipment.
• Inventory, asset management, and end-user training.
